You can return/exchange if:

  • The crystal arrived damaged (contact us immediately upon receipt)
  • You received the wrong item (we'll send the correct one right away)
  • You feel no meaningful benefit during the 101-day period
  • You're unhappy for any reason after the trial period (we don't force you to keep something that doesn't serve you)

Exchange Options

Rather than a refund, you can exchange for:

1. A Different Crystal
If you feel the energy of your current crystal isn't quite right, we can select another one based on updated guidance or different activation intention.

2. Store Credit
Receive the full value as store credit (never expires) to use toward future purchases-whether another crystal, an upgraded size, or other offerings.

3. Reactivation Service
Sometimes, a crystal's power can be redirected. We can reprogram your existing crystal with a new intention and return it to you (free of charge within the 101-day window).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange (brief description)
  • Photo of the crystal (if damaged)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization code
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (if applicable)

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Please return:

  • The crystal in its original packaging
  • Certificate of Authenticity
  • Any included guides or materials

We shall arrange courier for reverse pickup.

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days (original payment method)
  • Exchange crystal shipped within 3-5 business days (if you prefer exchange)
  • Cashback issued (if you're claiming the 101-day satisfaction bonus)

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 3-5 business days

You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.

If you're returning due to personal preference after trial, original shipping charges are non-refundable (but the crystal cost is fully refunded).

What Happens to Returned Crystals?

Returned crystals are never resold.

Each Kvartika Destiny Crystal is activated for a specific person and intention.

Once it's been in someone's space, it carries that energetic imprint.

Returned crystals are either:

  • Ritually cleansed and donated to spiritual centers, schools, or healing spaces
  • Repurposed in our research and development process
  • Respectfully retired if damaged
